Team development · a clear overview · a well-founded next step

Team Potential Mapping

The assessment shows which working conditions help your team contribute at its best and where more of its existing potential could be put to use.

Every team holds knowledge, ideas, and strengths that may not fully surface in everyday work. The mapping helps you understand the conditions in which people can give their best contribution.

The overview shows what is worth preserving and amplifying, and in which areas a deliberate change could give collaboration and results the biggest boost.

The result isn't just a score, but a clear picture of the team's strengths, growth opportunities, and possible priorities. This lets the company direct its time and development budget where it has the most impact.

Choose a solution based on your organization's structure

The mapping itself is the same in every package. The right solution depends on how many people are included, whether you need separate views per unit, and how much support you want in interpreting the results.

Who the mapping is for

The mapping is meant for leaders and people responsible for HR who want a clearer picture of the team's starting point and possibilities before the next development decision.

It's an especially good fit when you want to:

put the team's existing strengths and capability to better use

create more room for ideas, ownership, and initiative

find a shared starting point after growth, change, or reorganization

get a clearer focus after an earlier survey

choose a training or development program based on well-founded information

What the purchase includes

A structured team survey

a response link, company code, and instructions

results in five areas that shape the team's contribution

a visual summary report

explanations for interpreting the results

guidance for choosing priorities and next steps

How the mapping works

Step 1

The organization chooses a suitable solution.

Step 2

The buyer receives a response link, a company code, and instructions.

Step 3

The team completes the assessment in 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

The responses are aggregated into a team-level result; individual answers are never shown to the employer.

Step 5

Once at least seven people and at least 60% of those invited have responded, the leader receives the summary report within five business days after the response period ends.

Step 6

Depending on the package, the organization interprets the results on its own or together with Kaija.

Trust and data

Individual answers are never shown to the employer, and the results are presented as a team-level overview. Separate unit results are shown only when there are enough responses. Before starting, both the organization and the respondents receive clear information about how the data is used and stored and how the results are presented.

The mapping is a tool that supports organizational development. It is not a psychological test and does not replace the employer’s workplace risk assessment.

This distinction matters, because employers have a separate statutory obligation to assess psychosocial risk factors (see Tööelu).

Make your next development decision with a clearer understanding of where your team stands.
