KAIJA ALLIKSAAR

You know there is more in you.

But maybe you don't yet trust it enough to live by it.

If you're coping fine on the outside, but inside you feel pressure, tiredness, or a sense of living smaller than you actually want to, more effort may not be the answer.

Often what is needed is to understand what is actually driving you: which patterns keep repeating, how your nervous system reacts to change, and what story you have learned to believe about yourself.

This is for you if...

  • you know what you should do, but you don't move;
  • you say "yes" when you would rather say "no";
  • you feel some part of you is holding the brake down;
  • you're tired of constantly trying to fix yourself;
  • you're going through a big change, recovering from a hard period, or rebuilding your life;
  • you're coping on the outside, but inside there is pressure or emptiness;
  • you want more self-trust, clarity and inner alignment;
  • you want to make choices that feel truly your own.

You may not be stuck in a lack of knowledge. You may be stuck in a familiar way of coping that you have learned.

What is actually going on?

Many people think change does not happen because they lack discipline, motivation or willpower. But often that is not the real question.

When part of you wants to move forward while another part holds back, it may not be laziness, weakness or a character flaw. It can be a protective response. The body and mind hold on to what is familiar, even when it no longer serves you.

You know what to do. But you don't do it. You want to be more visible. But you pull back. You want to say "no". But you say "yes" again. You want change. But your body asks: is this safe?

This is where the work begins: not by forcing yourself, but by understanding what is really driving you.

When does this work support you?

This work can support you especially when you are at a stage in life where the old way no longer holds, but the new one is not yet fully in place.

For example, when you're going through a major life change, recovering from a difficult period, rebuilding your life, or asking yourself: "Who am I now, and what do I actually want?"

Maybe you have spent a long time in coping mode. Carried a lot, adapted a lot, stayed strong longer than you would have wanted to. And now you feel you don't just want to keep functioning, you want to hear yourself again, trust yourself, and make choices that feel more your own.

The goal here is not to become someone else. The goal is to get closer to what has always been in you, but may not have had room, safety or a voice for a long time.

What changes?

NowAfter
You know what you'd like to do, but you don't move.You understand what is holding you back and can take smaller, safer steps.
You say "yes" when inside you feel "no".You dare to notice your boundaries more and express them more clearly.
You react from habitual patterns.You start noticing what gets triggered in you before you react automatically.
You doubt yourself and your choices.Self-trust grows, because you learn to listen better to your own inner signals.
You feel you are living smaller than you would like.You start making choices that feel more your own.
You're in a period of change or after a hard time and don't yet really know who you are now or what you want.You start listening to yourself again, noticing your needs and building your life more consciously.

Result: more self-trust, clarity and inner alignment, not to become someone else, but so that more of what is truly in you can come into view.

1:1 coaching

Individual work for you, if you want to go deeper into your patterns, boundaries, self-trust, visibility or inner alignment.

What do we work with?

Patterns

What keeps repeating in your choices, relationships, visibility or self-expression, even when you know you would rather do things differently?

Nervous system

What happens inside you when change, setting boundaries or greater visibility feels unsafe?

Identity and inner parts

Who have you learned to think you are, and which parts of you want to move forward while others hold back?

What helps change last?

Change is not only about letting go of what holds you back. It is just as important to start consciously building what supports you: self-trust, meaning, strengths, better choices and a life that feels more your own.

This is where positive psychology comes in, not "think positive", but conscious work with what genuinely helps a person function, recover and live better.

Why isn't this just "think positive" or "try harder"?

Because if thinking alone were enough, you would probably already be where you want to be.

The mind can know what to do. But change also touches the body, the sense of safety, habitual reactions and the story you have carried about yourself.

My work does not start from the question: “What's wrong with you?”

It starts from the question: “What has protected you so far, and does it still need to lead you the same way?”

Start from where you are right now.

You don't have to know right away which step is the right one. Start with recognition, and move on when you feel ready.
